Do you offer services for household and business customers?
Yes, Lakeside Self Storage has services for both the household and business customer.
Can anybody drive onto this property or is it gated?
Lakeside Self Storage has manual gates that are open from 7AM to 7PM 7 days a week.
What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
Sure do! We will give you a lock with your new move-in.
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
Lakeside Self Storage doesn’t offer parking for RVs, boats, cars and motorcycles unless it fits inside a storage unit.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
An outdoor unit has access from outside. An indoor unit is within the building and will require you to go inside to access your unit.
What kind of security do you have?
Lakeside Self Storage takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. Our gates are locked from 7PM to 7AM. The facility is fenced and well-lit, and includes 24/7 video surveillance. We offer the best in protection locks the industry has to offer.
What are the payment terms?
Lakeside Self Storage strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay. We can automatically charge your Mastercard®, Visa®, Discover® each month.
